3. AI Food Analysis

AI-generated estimates of foods, ingredients, portions, calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat may be incomplete or inaccurate. Photos may not reveal exact portions, hidden ingredients, oils, butter, sauces, added sugar, or preparation methods. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting estimates.

4. Exercise and Nutrition Estimates

Exercise calorie calculations and nutrition information are estimates. Individual needs and actual energy expenditure vary.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for information, photographs, and files you submit; reviewing AI-generated information; correcting inaccurate estimates; and decisions made based on DietSuccess information.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use DietSuccess unlawfully, interfere with its systems, bypass security or usage restrictions, abuse or overload the service, upload malicious content, or commercially exploit protected DietSuccess materials without authorization.

7. Plans and Usage Limits

DietSuccess may introduce accounts, subscriptions, paid features, or different AI usage limits. Features, pricing, limits, and availability may change.

8. Advertising

DietSuccess may display advertising, including Google AdSense. The presence of an advertisement does not necessarily constitute endorsement by DietSuccess.

9. Third Parties

DietSuccess may use or link to third-party services, APIs, AI providers, advertising services, hosting providers, and other resources. Independent third parties have their own terms and policies.
